Brought on board to ensure launch excellence for a UK & Ireland first-to-market product launch. Permanent head count budget was gated until NICE reimbursement was received, so a Contractor was sought that had significant launch experience, a collaborative team approach & the ability to hit the ground running.

- Led commercial projects that embraced new technologies & approaches, as well as creating core launch toolkit items, including;

- AI-driven HCP Mapping Platform - Search Engine Optimized HCP Website - Bespoke HCP App - eDetail - Congress stands - Symposia - Launch webinars - Banner ad campaigns - Meeting in a Box - Ensured best practice omnichannel processes, including Piwick Pro campaign tracking - Veeva Promomats & Veeva Lightning CRM management - ATLAS budget management - Agency pitch process & onboarding - Management of multiple agency/vendor partners - Brand planning & strategy - Initiated internal process improvements including project briefing documents, project management tools, cross-functional ways of working (including privacy/legal/cybersecurity EU team involvement in projects as required)

All projects delivered on time, KPIs exceeded. Headhunted internally to provide support for a 2nd brand team when they saw the successes on the 1st brand. Happy team;
