Situation

Effective communication starts with understanding your audience and aligning messages with your purpose. Last year, I had the pleasure of working with a London-based charity to evolve their communication strategy in celebration of their 35th anniversary.

Approach

Through a series of workshops and coaching sessions, we refined their messaging, strengthened their social media strategy, and helped ensure clarity across all communications.

Outcome

A unified, purposeful communication strategy that empowered the team to share their story authentically with both internal and external audiences.
